For me the light bulb moment was when you spoke about when I don't contact them they feel I have no interest in them.  That my calling them makes them feel VALUED. DUH- here I am afraid I am bothering them.  Of course people like knowing someone appreciated them.

The whole idea of playing tennis with customers was a gift to me. We are working together.  I know I want to be of help, but I'm afraid of appearing pushy. The 'lean back' and they will 'lean forward' addressed that issue. I want to offer great customer service, but have been hindered everytime I go to pick up the phone. Thank you for the word choices to use and the insight into what the customer is thinking.

I would have never believed that lowering my enthusiasm would increase my bookings!

I would have never believed that lowering my enthusiasm would increase my bookings! I have tried this technique over the last few calls and it seems to be working to my advantage. I have booked 3 of the 5 girls I've spoken with. Thank you Tammy for giving me a new outlook on being less desperate, less pushy, and more confident!

Wow, Tammy, I enjoyed every minute of the teleseminar.  There were so many times I laughed out loud at things I had said or done that you mentioned.  There were also numerous times when I nodded my head, again in agreement with what you were talking about. I did start my phone calls yesterday and plan on finishing them after I get my scripts.  There is something about how your words just flow from your mouth and, although I know I can't be you, it sure is nice to try.

After a slower than normal December, I need a great January...

After a slower than normal December, I need a great January.  Although I have some shows booked already, I still have open dates.  After the 'Jump Start Your Business From a Complete Standstill' training with Tammy Stanley, I feel energized and equipped to make more calls, starting January 1st.  Tammy speaks from her personal experience and it really makes a difference in terms of practical training and motivation.  Thanks Tammy!
